We started Dog Bed House for our own dogs

It came out of a simple annoyance: the dog gear that actually lasted looked terrible in the house, and the nice-looking stuff fell apart in a month.

We didn't want to keep choosing between the two. So we built Dog Bed House around the things we wished we could buy — for the bed, the car, the food bowl, all of it — with one rule: if it's not good enough for our own dogs, it doesn't go on the site.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received and aim to reply within 24 hours during business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses generally cannot be changed because our fulfillment team begins processing orders within 1–5 business days.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@dogbedhouse.com and include your name and order number.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships; however, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

How long is the processing time?

We aim to process and prepare all orders within 1–5 business days.

Many orders are processed sooner, but during busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or peak seasons, additional processing time may be required.

General Delivery Information

Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 1–5 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is therefore usually 2–10 business days.

Will my entire order arrive in one package?

Depending on inventory availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

If this occurs, packages may arrive 1–2 days apart.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via email.

If the product is not expected to become available within two weeks, a full refund will be issued automatically.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize if your order did not arrive in perfect condition.

Please contact us at support@dogbedhouse.com with your name, order number, and photographs of the damaged item.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using our “Track My Order” page. Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.

My tracking number is not working. What does that mean?

Tracking information may take up to 24–72 hours after shipment to become active.

If your tracking number still does not work after this period, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment status for you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Shipping generally requires an additional 1–5 business days.

Most customers receive their orders within 2–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

For shipments within the United States, we primarily use USPS.

Depending on the destination and fulfillment location, other trusted shipping partners may occasionally be used.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders.

No additional shipping fees will be charged during checkout.

Can I return my product?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

Please Note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and securely packed.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

What condition must returned items be in?

All returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
