- Best for: Medium to large dogs — for example Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Boxers, and similar breeds. As a guideline, this bed is roomy for most dogs in the ~30–80 lb range; use the measuring steps below to confirm fit for your dog.

How to confirm this bed fits your dog:
- Measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail (the point where the tail meets the body).
- If your dog sleeps stretched out, add at least 4–6 in of clearance to that measurement. If your dog curls up, their curled length should be comfortably less than the bed's shorter side (23.6 in).
- Compare the measurements to the bed's sleeping surface (47.2 in × 23.6 in). If the stretched length plus clearance is less than 47.2 in, the bed will fit comfortably.
- Quick checklist: measure nose-to-base-of-tail, add 4–6 in for stretched sleepers, and ensure curled length is under 23.6 in for a snug curl-up fit.
