- These dimensions are the house's external length × width × height. Choose a size that gives your pet room to turn and lie down stretched out.
- The product is collapsible with a steel wire frame; after unpacking, open the house, spread it evenly, and let it sit for a few hours or place a light weight inside to help it regain full shape.
How to measure your pet (quick):
- Measure length: from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail while your pet is standing or lying straight.
- Measure width: across the widest part of your pet when lying down (shoulder to shoulder plus a little extra for turning).
- Measure height: from floor to top of the shoulders or to the top of the head if your pet sits upright inside a house.
- Choose a size with internal space at least 4–6 in longer than your pet's length and a few extra inches of width for comfort.
