- Dimensions shown are the outermost L × W of the nest. The usable sleeping area is typically about 1.2 in smaller in length and width.
- Pick a size that gives your pet at least 2–4 in of extra space beyond their usual sleeping position so they can stretch or curl comfortably.
How to measure your pet (quick):
- Measure your pet lying naturally from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail (stretched length).
- Measure the widest part of the chest or shoulders (width).
- Choose the nest size with outer dimensions at least 2–4 in larger than these measurements; if your pet curls, use the curled length plus a couple of inches for comfort.
