- Best for: Small cats and small dog breeds — for example Chihuahua, Pomeranian, Toy Poodle, Yorkshire Terrier. Comfortable for most pets up to about 15 lbs.
- How to check fit: 1) Measure your pet from nose to the base of tail — your pet should be roughly 12 in or shorter to sit and turn comfortably inside this house. 2) Measure shoulder height (floor to top of shoulders) — about 11 in or less will let your pet sit upright without hitting the roof. If your pet can curl up and turn with 2–3 in to spare compared to the above measurements, the house will fit well.
