- Single size (one size): designed for small-to-medium dogs. Based on the product design and images, we recommend this carrier for dogs up to about 30 lbs — examples: Pug, French Bulldog (small/stocky), Shih Tzu, Cocker Spaniel, Beagle, and similar-sized mixes.
- Fit check (quick and reliable): measure your dog and compare using these three simple steps — all measurements in inches and pounds.
- Length: Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail. This is your dog’s body length.
- Height: Measure from the floor to the highest point of the shoulders (withers).
- Weight: Weigh your dog in pounds (lbs).
- How to use the results: this carrier is best if your dog weighs up to ~30 lbs and can comfortably curl up. For a comfortable fit, allow about 3–4 inches of extra space beyond your dog’s body length so they can turn and curl, and about 2–3 inches of headroom above shoulder height.
- Example check: if your dog is 18 inches long and 12 inches tall at the shoulders and weighs 25 lbs, they should fit and be able to curl comfortably with the recommended clearance.
- If your dog is broad or very tall: dogs with wide chests (broad French Bulldogs) or dogs over ~30 lbs may be snug; consider that this carrier is intended for small-to-medium pets and may be best for compact breeds rather than large or tall breeds.
