- Measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail (length) and across the widest part of the body (width). Compare the numbers to the exterior dimensions above — allow at least 3–4 in extra length and 2–3 in extra width for comfortable movement.
- For headroom, measure your dog’s shoulder height and ensure the house height is at least 3–4 in taller so your pet can sit and turn comfortably.
- If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort or if your dog likes to stretch out.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships; however, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
