- Measure your cat from nose to the base of the tail. Compare that length to the bed's interior length (exterior length above minus ~1–2 in for walls). Choose the size that leaves at least 2–3 in of extra space so your cat can curl comfortably.
- Measure shoulder height while your cat is sitting — make sure the bed opening (small entrance) is tall enough for them to easily enter; the overall bed height is listed above.
- Use your cat's weight as a quick check: S ≈ up to 6 lbs, L ≈ up to 13 lbs.
The bed includes a removable cushion insert for washing. If your cat likes to fully stretch out, choose the larger size for extra room.
