- Product dimensions: 19.7 in (depth, front-to-back of seat) × 51.2 in (width, left-to-right across the seat)
- Best for: Designed to cover most rear bench seats. Recommended for medium to large dogs—typically up to about 75 lbs (examples: Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, French Bulldog, Border Collie, and many Labradors). Dogs that stretch longer than 51.2 in may not lie fully stretched across the mat.
- How to check fit (quick): 1) Measure your car seat left-to-right (seat width) and front-to-back (seat depth). 2) Measure your dog lying down from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. If your seat width ≥ 51.2 in and seat depth ≥ 19.7 in, the mat will cover the seat. If your dog's lying length ≤ 51.2 in, the dog will be fully supported by the mat.
- Quick tips: Dogs that curl up need less space. If your dog is wider across the shoulders than 19.7 in it may hang slightly over the edge but will still be protected. For very large or fully stretched breeds, consider using an extra mat or placing the mat across a wider seat for full coverage.
