How to measure your dog (quick):
- Measure length from the base of the neck (where collar sits) to the base of the tail — this is the key number for pad length.
- Measure shoulder width or the widest point when your dog lies down for useful width guidance.
- Choose a pad that gives your dog at least 4–6 inches of extra length beyond the measured length so they can stretch comfortably. If your dog is between sizes, pick the larger size for extra comfort.
Notes: The pad has a non-slip bottom and a removable machine-washable cover. If you prefer a roomier resting area (for sprawlers or dogs that like to stretch), select the next size up.
