- With your pet standing or lying naturally, measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail for length.
- Measure the widest part of the pet (usually the shoulders) for width.
- Compare those numbers to the table above and allow an extra 3–6 in for comfort and turning around. If your pet is between sizes, pick the next size up.
