- Single size — designed for small pets. Based on the carrier's proportions in the photos, we recommend this carrier for small dogs and cats up to about 15 lbs. Typical fits: Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Toy Poodles, Yorkshire Terriers, and similar small breeds.
- What "fits" means here: your pet should be able to comfortably sit up, turn around, and lie down inside the carrier.
- Quick check — how to measure your pet so you can be sure:
- Length: measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail.
- Height: measure from the floor to the highest point of the shoulder (with the pet standing).
- Weight: step on a scale to confirm your pet's weight in pounds (lbs).
- Guideline to decide: if your pet is under ~15 lbs, has a body length roughly under 16 inches, and a shoulder height under 11 inches, this carrier is likely a good fit. If your pet is close to those limits, make sure they can still stand and turn comfortably.
