- Dog length: Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail — record in inches.
- Chest girth: Measure the widest part of the ribcage (around the chest) — record in inches and weight in pounds (lbs) if known.
- Desired coverage: Measure the bed, crate, or area you want the blanket to cover (length and width in inches).
Selection tips: pick the size that comfortably covers your dog's length and the bed area. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size for extra coverage. For example, choose M for most small-to-medium dogs and L for medium-to-large dogs or when you want a blanket that hangs over the edges of the bed.
