- Have your dog in its normal sleeping position (curled or stretched).
- Measure the widest point across the body when curled or the length from nose to base of tail when stretched.
- Compare that number to the table above. Choose a size where the dog's sleeping width or length is a few inches less than the bed footprint for a comfortable fit (e.g., if your dog curls to ~15 in, S fits well; if your dog needs ~18–19 in, choose M).
