- Best for: two small-to-medium cats (for example, two cats in the 6–14 lb range each), or one medium-to-large cat up to ~28 lbs. Breed examples: Domestic Shorthair, Siamese, Burmese, small mixed-breed cats.
- How to decide: if you plan to transport two cats, make sure their combined weight is 28.7 lbs or less. If one cat is near that limit on its own, use the carrier for a single cat only.
How to measure your cat (quick — 3 easy steps)
- Length: measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail while your cat is relaxed.
- Height: measure from the floor to the top of the shoulders (shoulder height).
- Girth: measure the widest part of the chest (just behind the front legs).
Fit check: the cat should be able to lie down and turn around comfortably. If both cats can do that when placed side-by-side and their combined weight is ≤28.7 lbs, this carrier is a suitable choice.
