- Have your dog lie in their normal sleeping position. Measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail (this is the length they need when curled or stretched).
- For round nests, also measure how much space they take when curled (nose to tail base while curled). Use that number when comparing to the table diameter.
- If your dog sleeps stretched out or likes extra space, choose the next larger size.
- If your dog is between sizes, pick the larger size for a roomier bed.
